All the technicians and the managers are incredibly professional, friendly, and skilled at what they do. I had an issue from another place in town that did not tighten my oil filter correctly, so it was leaking everywhere. I was prepared to pay for a fresh oil change. Instead, they got under the vehicle, tightened the filter, cleaned off the oil, and topped it of with a quart of oil. They charged me nothing. If you ever feel like customer service is a thing of the past, this place will change your mind. Thanks to the crew at Jiffy Lube in Sierra Vista.
