She is one of the top representatives that I have encountered in my 45 years of renting vehicles, along with one other which also works for Enterprise in the Tucson truck and van rentals. She was very efficient and quickly explained the cars basic features which is the first time anyone has ever done that! She was polite and professional, no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews. Very few negative reviews, I guess the saying is true that you cannot please everyone, but I honestly believe they try. Keep up the great work! I was reading the reviews and the fact that the owner responds to every review is great and rare, showing that they care about their customers! I will definitely rent from them again!
