  5 X 10 STARS!!! I’m traveling, all of the sudden my dash tells me my truck is low on oil, I still have 2 hrs to go! I found my local AutoZone, store #2734 and as upset as I was MORGAN made me feel at ease. Morgan greeted me as I entered, demonstrated genuine concern, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. HE NOT ONLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BUT WAS ALSO RUNNING TWO COMPUTERS AT THE SAME TIME!!! I truly hope every AutoZone has someone like MORGAN. Someone PLEASE give him a raise, it’s this kind of customer service that invites a consumer to keep coming back :-))

  I had a good experience doing business here. The employee who assisted me, named Elizabeth, was very helpful. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Elizabeth is an asset to this store on Fry Ave. I will return here for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!!!

  As a local business owner who's utilized AutoZone on Fry Blvd on a daily basis for the past 14 years, I feel it's appropriate to provide my 2 cents to offset any undeserved negativity. On the commercial end, Tim, Cristal , William, and Daniel, possess extensive knowledge about nearly every part for every vehicle, and if they don't, they take the initiative to further educate themselves and find solutions. There are many vehicle models and trim packages, and even more iterations of the same part nowadays. Finding the right part can be quite difficult and frustrating, even for the seasoned pros they all are. When I'm struggling to find it online, they're always courteous and polite answering the phone or greeting me when I walk in, and help me figure it out quickly. Special order parts arrive correctly and on time, but if it's wrong, they do all they can to acquire a new one asap. They also price match when they can , and provide warranty replacements without a hassle. The primary reason 90% of my business goes to them, is because they're the only one's in town to honor labor claims in standing behind their parts. Should their part fail within its warranty period, they pay the time it takes me to diagnose and verify it's faulty, and the actual time to replace it without question...which also instills trust and confidence in my customers. If a parts manufacturer fails to meet their quality expectations due to repeat failures, they find another. Parts delivery made by William, Daniel, Dennis or Beverly is always a pleasant interaction and very fast. They've even delivered after hours on their way home, going above and beyond with personalized service. Although they get very busy at times I've never felt neglected. The night crew is just as great, and I'm thankful they're there so late to help, still smiling at 9:55 pm when I need something last minute. Brittney's always personable and professional as well, managing from afar, and pleasant when she makes her rounds making sure all is well. They genuinely care about people, and they should all be praised for their dedication to exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Christopher King/owner/3 Kings Auto
