  I had a tire going flat and everyone was closed but jiffy live had me come by and they changed it to my spare tire even though they don’t do tires. David saved me And he did it for free, I really appreciate them.

  Became a life long customer today. I’ll always use this location to change my fluids. Got taken care of quickly and treated great. Great staff and clean location. Thank you for your service

  Jiffy did a fantastic job on my car, very much appreciated! There was one girl I believe her name was Jessica, (I might be wrong) but she was very kind and made me feel much more welcomed, she worked great and fast! And she took great care of me and my car, I will be coming back!

  I wish I could give them 0 stars. I told myself I would never give them another chance. With them pouring oil full blast all entire engine,hood windshield everywhere! I had to pay for a detail to clean it up. They sent me a gift card for $200 for the cost of the detail cleanup. So with the gift card I decided to give them another chance. I came in once with no issues, they subtracted the amount of the oil change and sent me on my way. I came in today for another oil change and they broke my key, the girl was nice she came in and said she's sorry and said she broke the key. I asked to talk to the manager and he came in. He said the key was broken which it was clearly not. They wouldn't make it right the guy was rude. Then came time to pay i gave him. My gift certificate sent from jiffy lube thru the mail. He said you can only use it one time. Which isn't the case cause I obviously used it before. So they are saying I can't use the rest of my gift certificate that they sent me to make up for their mistake. Good customer service, ill never be back. I don't recommend anyone ever trust these guys. One horror story after another! Train your ppl better and have some respect to your customers. Instead of insulting them! They break your stuff then are rude and try to take advantage of ppl!

  Absolutely the worst customer service on the mountain. Do not trust this store with your vehicle. They just tried collecting payment and sending me away after not going over the services provided. Asking questions and being assertive about services rendered met with cry baby hostile children who don’t know the difference between 5w and 10w oil performance in the summer,or how to read service manuals. Matthew, the manager was more concerned about his cry baby employee than providing services offered. Jeff is the name of the district manager …. He was MAD that I got his number from the snowflake store. Empty bays for a reason I suppose.
