Did not put into my file that they broke it or “ fixed it” and are now refusing to fix it due to nothing on file & no proof. Absolutely horrible customer service & ridiculous that they think they can break customers vehicles. Will be contacting higher ups. Absolutely worst place & people you can deal with.

Welp the oil plug AND filter were not secured all the way so all my oil leaked out within 2 days, whatever, easy fix. It gets fixed. Until my car died last night because low and behold, Oil covered my alternator when it was leaking (as the filter and alternator are right next to each other) and has completely destroyed my alternator. Leaving my car dead at 8 pm on my way home from work- 45 min away. I dont normally complain, but this is a SAFETY issue. Thank gosh I was on a back road trying to limp it home and not on the highway. Please techs DO BETTER.

Told me when you get tires rotated must wait at the back of the line. It just sat out back for hours with the tires off and nobody working on it. Won’t be coming back.
- UTUp in Smoke Firearms TrainingDec 14, 20251.0The guy in charge (he likes to vape) was less interested in doing his job and more concerned about vaping outside and letting the employees go unsupervised. I had asked him to have someone look at the front shocks and he forgot all about it. When checking out he didn’t go over anything they checked. I had to remind him and then he pulled an employee away from working on another vehicle, which I’m sure that owner wasn’t too happy it delayed his time. No quote was printed for the shock replacement and then the employee that got pulled away to look before got pulled away again to come give me a verbal quote, which he said he was just guessing at the costs. The entire experience appeared to be disorganized and the other patrons noticed it too. When I drove away I discovered the oil filter had not been tightened properly and was leaking oil. I had another mechanic take care of it for me. You’ve lost my business for the future, as well as my friends. No one wants to drive away leaking oil and wondering if the work was done properly or not. What a waste of $100+ dollars!
