    Im not happy as it took 2 hours. I asked them to change the air filter and they didn’t. The girl is new and I wasn’t happy with the service. I know they were flustered as they had damaged someone’s tire or car but they should have said something to us customers that it was taking a long time. Luckily I had a coupon

    Replying to the owner's response. How about you speak to him? You're the owner. I did let him know they trashed it and not to do that again. I won't be back. Update to add pictures. Dirty hand smudges, oil boot print on my carpet, things were falling down in between my seats that you half hazardly took out of the glove box to check the cabin filter, things fell on the floor, their work gloves also left on the floor of my car, bugs still splattered on my windshield they said they cleaned, old oil sticker not even written on to update. This is how you treat your customer's property? This is how I got it back. The manager and assistant were super nice. I like them a lot. That's why I give two stars instead of one. The techs are absolutely terrible. Worst experience I've ever had at any oil change place. There was no line when I got there. Small potatoes: there were technical issues, they forgot to give me change when I paid cash, didn't print the recommended maintenance with prices so I can budget and plan to get them done (I asked multiple times before cashing out). Then because of the technical issues they couldn't pull them back up. (The manger did hand write them for me when I asked him to.) They said my license plate lights were out and when I asked him to show me, they weren't out. They were on. Small things. All fine. When I got back to my car, everything they'd pulled out of my glove box (to check the cabin filter) was all over the passenger seat AND floor. They also left their used gloves on the floor of my car. I don't have trash or unnecessary things in my car. So when I come back and it's trashed, that's unbelievable. That's just so disrespectful. There was a partial oil boot print on my driver's side carpet. They said they washed the windshield, they did not. They didn't even put a new sticker on my windshield for when to get another oil change. They just left the old one on there. What else didn't they do? The whole time I was there, a worker was on the side of the road with a sign that said there was no wait. They were trying to get people to come in. That's how not busy they were. There's zero excuse. I get it if they're trying hard and there's just things that happen. This was just complete disrespect and laziness.

    Had my wife’s Sequoia in today for an oil change and tire rotation. The basic service went fine, but things quickly went downhill. One of the employees told me the coolant was low and offered to top it off for $6 — I was under the impression that was included in the regular service. Then he said both the engine air filter and cabin filter needed to be replaced. I asked to take a look, and both were perfectly fine, so I had him put them back. Next, he claimed the brakes were worn down to 2mm and needed to be replaced, along with new rotors since they “don’t have a lathe to turn rotors.” He started pricing them at around $300 per wheel. I stopped him and asked to inspect the brakes myself. Turns out the rear pads were at 8mm and the fronts were at 6mm — with new pads being 12mm. So there was still plenty of life left in them. I told them this kind of upselling is exactly why this location has a 2.5-star review on Yelp. It’s frustrating to think how many people might bring their wife, daughter, or mother here and be completely misled. I certainly wouldn’t send
