  Major breakdown in communication between this location and Enterprise Roadside Assistance. Flat tire, roadside assistance dispatched a service to come swap for the donut and asked us to come to this location for an exchange. Received a second call within minutes asking us instead to take the car to a shop to replace/repair the tire, who, upon arrival, advised us of a multi-hour delay. Called back to roadside assistance who arranged for an Uber to this location to facilitate an exchange. Upon arrival, spoke to an individual who advised us that this location does not stock cars for rental (nor do most locations in Northern Arizona, apparently), that roadside assistance will just “tell us what we want to hear”, and, overall, was rather condescending to our situation where most would expect empathy. So now, here we sit, spending a day of our vacation in a tire shop. Thanks, Enterprise. I see a number of other reviews referencing similar concerns with this location with responses from corporate asking for more information. I think it's pretty clear that this is a systemic issue that no amount of additional feedback will address. Why bother having a retail location that doesn’t stock cars and provides sub-optimal customer service?

  I am overly impressed by the Sedona Enterprise.Isabella is the best.she completely turned my views around.Wont be using Cottonwood.Sedona is my new love.thx u Excellent service
