- ZZZachApr 7, 20191.0It was a really bad experience. They didn't have the car I reserved, or anything even close to it, so I ended up stuck in a truck that I really didn't want with pretty awful gas mileage and ended up spending way more in gas on my trip than I had planned. Not to mention getting the car itself took well over an hour. I called to extend my rental by one day at one point and they said I would have to bring in a card to the office and they would need to charge over 200 dollars additional, for one day. I wasn't near the office so they said to go to any location. The location I went to said they had no idea what the Sedona office was talking about and there was no reason whatsoever to charge me at all let alone that much. The whole experience was really pretty terrible, I've used enterprise a dozen times, always liked it, but this instance and location was really bad.
