I had placed a reservation for a truck rental and when I got to the store, this location, they had a sign on their door that said they were closed. Honestly this was something that they should have communicated to their call centers so that everybody was aware and no one scheduled reservations for this location for this time period. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes for the next closest truck. The items that I was picking up was 10 minutes away from this location. Please communicate better in the future. Your call center did an amazing job at handling my inconveniences.

- CMC MandelJun 17, 20195.0Absolutely 5star! Moved from Scottsdale AZ to St Louis MO, with a car towed on the back. Dont rent with anyone else. Best price by far!! Great customer service. Best value for cross country move. Moving is stressful enough. Surprising that the best is the cheapest.
