  grate place for boys and girls my kids did the go karts and arcade and had a grate time definitely recommend

  Went with a few friends for fun on a Friday night. We went in expecting it to be busy, but it was quite dead in there with only like 10 people in the building. We get up to the front desk and the lady looked like she wanted nothing to do with us, which started the experience poorly. We saw the manager Matt sitting right there and when we tried to talk to him, he brushed us off and rushed into the door by the front desk next to the gift shop, that rubbed us the wrong way as well, causing us to second guess racing at that point. But, we decided to give it a try anyways, safe to say the track staff were the nicest ones we talked to, apart from the one with the bandana, he was very rude. The two females and the young shorter male were amazing, and very helpful. Do not suggest coming here, everyone seemed very standoffish and miserable other than the track staff.

  Said I didn't qualify for a adult race (I'm 14 btw) and made me do another jounier race because I was 1 SECOND from qualifying for a adult race, also there were very slow people on the track that made me crash which slowed me down.

  5 years ive come to this location 3 years I put up for the annual titanium pass. Why the bad review? Well it seems they rather throw a free race at you then address the same recurring issue, so let put it on blast, the gentleman who had the fiance named Skylar, is clearly still has issues with the fact his fiance pushed her self onto me, the result, everytime he's on the track claims im doing everything wrong, randomly speed me and up and down, flags me without any explanation. Has called me numerous names, and has even "kicked me out" which i was personally called by the orginal management and told he was fired and that I am always welcome back. Let's face it octane, the only reason we come to your establishment is to race, no drama, no bs, your buisness has been sold and bought out by your neighbor, several times. Either make the one thing we enjoy bareable, or sink. Up to you 🙂

  I will provide an honest review despite the overwhelming number of fake positive reviews. We made reservations from out of state. They never answered the phones or responded when we reached out for getting charged twice prior to our visit. Inside the building there are about a dozen generic games tucked away in the corner. The prize machine (no actual counter) displayed “unavailable” for many of the choices because the gears were broken. The options available were pathetic. The karts left us feeling like we were in car accidents. We did two races and each time there were out of control drivers intentionally slamming each other HARD. Despite the rules against bumping, the staff made no effort to remove the drivers despite the severe behavior for the entire races. In addition to the karts we also reserved an hour of axe-throwing. When we showed up the managers had unpaying friends taking up the lanes. One of the desk clerks (the only nice and helpful of the staff members there) pointed out the conflicting issue to the managers and the managers tried brushing it off and grew irritated with the desk clerk for pointing out that we had reserved/paid already and their ultimate response was for her to figure it out herself. After twenty minutes the mouse controller to our lane died and when we brought it up to the front those same managers told the clerk to just end our time despite us not even having been there for half of our reserved time. The nice desk clerk again stepped up for us and argued on our behalf and the managers eventually caved and said to put us in a different lane. All in all, the entire experience was a complete disappointment and a waste of over $300. The managers there were super rude and if the owner is aware of their attitudes then they are complacent in their poor behavior.
