I was sold tires that were supposed to be new, but they turned out to be in very poor condition and clearly not what I paid for. When I went back to address the issue, the owner was extremely rude, raised his voice at me, and refused to take any responsibility. Instead of fixing the problem, he told me I would have to pay again and asked me to leave. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Please be careful and take your business somewhere else where you’ll be treated with honesty and respect.

I question The manager, Chris, and he told me that my truck is old. My truck was perfect condition and everything was working prior to take it to your place. Please do not take you vehicle to Jiffy Lube for anything.
