How stupid of me to assume competitive/average pricing and not ask first; it was too late after the work was done. The guys were nice but hey, that should be standard because we all live in a society. I didn’t pay $75 for NICE! My receipt was crudely folded in half twice and is visibly filthy. My reminder sticker was put on crooked by a hand reached in the window without warning. I was in the car but couldn’t tell if any safety checks were done, which I’ve always witnessed at other ‘wait-in-car’ places. I get the same synthetic, high mileage oil at my usual place. I can’t believe I just spent more than half a day’s earnings for a jenky, questionable oil change. Save your money. Go to Big O.

I have been to different locations and they all did the job correctly. This location they broke my dipstick which in all fairness they replaced the next day. However, after 30 mins plus I went out to check on them and they said everything was okay then after 10 mins they said there was a leak but they fixed it. I told them it’s impossible for it to be leaking because I would’ve noticed. This is the case weeks after. The washer on the drain plug and oil filter (see pics) I will never go to Jiffy Lube again.
