  Customer service and energy in this location was phenominal. Bennett was excellent with greeting and handling multiple customers at a time as well as keeping the coworkers moving efficiently. You van tell everyone there took pride in their position and respected one another. Shaylin was great to be sure I was satisfied with the experience. Very friendly.

  Sorry fellas, you had great customer service and got me in and out in a jiff, but I have to dock you two stars for telling me a Toyota Corolla is a full size vehicle. I basically had to suffer a bait and switch to rent a car I could get into as an unreasonably tall person (the very reason I selected full size!). I assume it's not your fault, this is just how the world is today, but I'm not going to pretend I like it. Definitely rent a car here, great people, just be prepared to pay more than is advertised when they try to give you a Prius after you've selected a 9 person SUV. Stop replying to this. I'm going to delete it every time you do. The fact that you keep replying to it is proof you never read my review in the first place because it started out as 4 stars then I kept removing stars each time you replied to it. So you never read it, you don't care, you aren't going to ever fix this problem. Customer service is not screwing your customers IN THE FIRST PLACE. You reply = I delete and repost. I'll never stop.

  My wife and I rented a car from this location and we had the pleasure to work with Taylor Tosches. He made the process very quick and easy. He was very thorough explaining everything when we walked around the car, he explained the different coverages that I did not have so I bought the additional worry free insurance that cover the car completely no matter what happened. This gave me peace of mind, knowing I would have no surprise charges at the end of my trip. I highly recommend this location and Taylor for your next rental. Thank you for the great experience.

  Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received… not just at an Enterprise, but at any rental car facility. From the moment I walked in first thing in the morning, I was greeted by every team member with a warm “good morning.” The energy in the room was high, welcoming, and genuinely incredible. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Truly an outstanding experience!

  The best rental car establishment...this location is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I have used their services within the past year multiple times. The consistency with the level of customer service is superior, and the uniformity with serving all clients with the high-level of service is top-tier. I would highly recommend Enterprise based on the interactions that I have had, the availability of vehicles, and the ease of check-in/check-out.
