- AGA GurleyApr 26, 20261.0Rented from here because of convenience. I was here on an emergency trip for my husband being unresponsive and in ICU after he fell ill when visiting phoenix. I had never rented a car. While they did provide me a a car, I paid about 4x what another company charged for a lesser value car. When I needed to extend the rental, I was told I had to come in and they wanted to charge another $1000 for one week but wouldn’t tell me over the phone so I wasted a trip from Mesa to not even get a “sorry that’s the best we can do”. Just a FU whilst my husband was laying in a hospital bed across country from our home. I Will never rent from enterprise.

He manages multiple customers at once, answers nonstop phone calls, and still stays calm, professional, and efficient. What really stands out is how proactive he is. He remembers customers, follows up, and has even called me before a payment was charged just to make sure I was prepared or to see if I wanted to use a different card. That level of care is rare. I’ve rented four cars in the past three months, and the vehicles have always been exceptionally well maintained. The whole process is fast and easy. People could go elsewhere, but they wait for Jason because they know he’ll take care of them the right way. Enterprise is lucky to have him.
