I received a confirmation text after booking. On arrival at the shop at the planned appointment time, no one was there and the shop was closed. 10/13/25 was Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day, so I recognize some organizations are closed for the federal holiday. However, the online booking service shouldn’t have allowed me to book a time when the store planned to be closed. And it certainly shouldn’t have sent me a confirmation agreeing to such an appointment. I went to a different Tint World location (Chandler. AZ) and received the tint I needed.
