The place was nearly empty, but an employee came over and, clearly annoyed, asked, “What are you doing? Do you need help?” I’d never been to a Sinclair before and didn’t even know there was a special system until I looked it up online AFTER getting home. There was no signage or guidance, and the staff made no effort to explain—just kept saying, “We’re full,” while other pumps were open. I left feeling bewildered and disrespected; the behavior felt unnecessarily rude and classist toward someone unfamiliar with their setup.
