I can't say enough good things about the entire experience with Safelite. I have USAA insurance and scheduling the replacement was simple and easy. Due to the type of windshield and calibration needed, it's a little more involved. Ryan was assigned for the job and he was outstanding. Communication between the office, Chad, and Ryan were great! They made what was a stressful situation, a fantastic experience. Thank you!!!

I took my car for a windshiled repair with no issues and my car was given back to me with a Pre-collision system malfunction issue and without replacing my windshield (According to them that warning light just pop up and I had to take my car to a dealer for repair first). Long story short, I took my car to a different shop and they were able to replace the windshield and fix the warning light that Safelite caused

We made an appointment on the Internet, dropped off our car and picked it up same afternoon with no issues, no waiting! The highlight for me was the level of customer service and courtesy extended to me by my technician - Luis - in a time where politeness and courtesy isn't always provided, it is nice to know that this is a priority of Safelite and it's technicians - it did not go in priced by me - thank you Luis!
- HSHerb SiegelOct 26, 20252.0Had a 9am appointment and was told to come back between 11-11:30. So I went for a long walk. At 11am I received a call that my car will be next in the bay and will be ready at 1:30pm. Ridiculous !! I went back and waited. At 1:30pm I was told the glass came out perfectly, but they can’t recalibrate the heads-up display, cruse control and so on although they attempted to twice. They said I can come back another day once they figure it out as it was now 1:50pm and I had another appointment. Two days later I called them and they said I have to take the vehicle to the dealer for recalibrating as they could not do it although it was Oem glass. It was an additional $600. The tech did an excellent job on the windshield replacement but the timing and lack of recalibration was painful. Also, the front deck receptionist was just rude!!
