The first two times, they ordered the wrong part or had some missing clips. The techs came out, pulled it apart to find out it could not be Replaced. Finally, the third windshield worked perfectly. ONLY because they got State Farm approval to use an OEM part. Everyone who I worked with was professional and prompt. But no one along the way apologized for my inconvenience. A total of three technicians came out. The last two had absolutely no idea of the previous problems/errors as they sent out new techs eaxh time.. Something simple took a lot of energy, phone calls, texts, and waiting around. Now, if I owned some exotic vehicle or a 30-year-old car, I would understand it. But we’re talking about a 2023 Honda Accord?!

I knew, however, to contact Safelite via their website to submit for a repair. I scheduled for a repair and at 1pm, the work has been completed! You can't even tell anything happened and the work is under warranty! Perfect experience!
