Was extremely helpful throughout the rental process, easy to get a hold of for questions and made the entire process much easier. I will definitely be using them anytime i need a truck rental.

I had placed a reservation for a truck rental and when I got to the store, this location, they had a sign on their door that said they were closed. Honestly this was something that they should have communicated to their call centers so that everybody was aware and no one scheduled reservations for this location for this time period. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes for the next closest truck. The items that I was picking up was 10 minutes away from this location. Please communicate better in the future. Your call center did an amazing job at handling my inconveniences.
