  The dashboard in my car was blistering and raising up off the surface. The leather was starting to pull away which in turn pulled the windshield defroster vents out of their position breaking the plastic pins off. Palacios was my first choice for renewing the dashboard and Chino did an outstanding job. The new leather is flawless and Chino removed all the trim pieces prior to starting the leather work. The finished job is absolutely flawless and is much better than the original performed at the car factory. The original factor defroster were repositioned and new leather and stitching is perfect. I cannot be happier.

  We are updating an Airstream trailer, and had a custom mattress made for the couch, which folds out into a bed. We brought the mattress/couch into them, along with the original upholstered couch, the prototype which the mattress was designed from, and told them that we wanted a custom covering using the mattress as the foundation. They agreed to the project. A week later she called me and asked if they could remove the mattress cover, because it would be "easier" to upholster it that way. I said NO... we paid a lot of money for that mattress, and we want you to upholster over it, like we TOLD YOU when we delivered it. She said, okay, we will make do with the mattress. When we went to pick up the finished product, we were handed the mattress covering by the upholsterer (she made a point of not being there), and he told us that we obviously don't know what they do, because what we were asking for was impossible (he was also there when we dropped off the mattress and told them what we wanted). So. We had a destroyed mattress, and a $2200 couch to pay for. I will never use them again. Ask what you want. They're going to do it the way they want.

  Appointment set to reupholster 2 front seats on Honda Odyssey mini-van. I'll post before/after photos and you all can judge for yourselves.
