    Worst experience buying a car ever very unprofessional. Lied about the car being ready. Sat in the lobby from 9 AM till 3:30 PM.The car wasn't even properly cleaned smelt like cigarettes and after sending it back twice it still was horrible.They had paper mats on the floor when I got home I realized under the paper was no floor mats. When I called they said sorry it didn't come with mats. So I asked if the would get me some and the manager refused. I will never be back there. The only reason you get one star is because there is no option for zero.

    I would not recommend Mark Kia to anyone I care about. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them and the entire experience was exhausting. Negotiation: They began by running my trade-in through their supposed “$300,000 scanner,” claiming it allows them to offer over KBB value if the car is in great condition. Despite that, they lowballed my trade-in by about $4,000 over trivial things like tire tread. After nearly four hours of back-and-forth—because they constantly had to “ask the boss”—they finally offered me the KBB fair value. This made it clear their initial claims were nonsense. Condition of the Vehicle: When I got the car home, I discovered the floor mats were extremely oily from whoever detailed it. It got all over my shoes and into my house, and I’m still trying to clean it up. The next day, I noticed significant damage to the undercarriage. This was especially frustrating because the car was sold as certified pre-owned, and damage like that should have been addressed. When I brought it up, they acted confused and said the repair “must have gotten lost in the paperwork.” They did fix it, but it felt like they were trying to slip it past me. Service Department: To be fair, the service department was great—especially Cody. TL;DR: You can get a fair deal here, but only if you push for it. They will absolutely try to slide things past you. If you have to buy a car here, do your homework, come prepared, and thoroughly inspect the vehicle (if used) before you sign anything. EDIT: The GSM Brian called me and assured me that this is not the way they intent to conduct business. He took my feedback seriously and seemed like he genuinely will implement changes to address the issues of transparency and fairness. Much appreciated.

    Warning: scammers !! This dealership should have it's Kia franchise revoked. I purchased a Certified Used Telluride from out of state. The paperwork was a nightmare with overworked business managers. The salesman was an absolute lying jerk. They charged local sales tax rather than my state (costing an additional $1500 ) Sold me a certified used which had both leaking CV boots (not covered) , smelled of a cigarette bomb which they sprayed over, demanded that I buy aftermarket add ons going into the thousands. Dealership (Doc) fee was twice the normal for any other dealership. To rub salt in the wound they never paid the Uber ride from the airport that they promised despite talking to the sales manager about all these concerns with his promise (and he is from UTAH) And !! (The kicker) They only give $25 worth of gas to drive off the lot !! That is when you know they have ripping people off down to a science! You have been warned!! The low sticker price is a scam!

    I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I absolutely had to for our saleswoman, Alyssa. She went above and beyond to help me and my partner with our car purchase. I had just left another Kia dealership feeling really discouraged by the offer they gave me. I called Mark Kia and was connected with Alyssa, and from the very beginning she made all the difference. When I arrived at the dealership, I didn’t have to wait at all, Alyssa was ready for me immediately, and unlike the other dealership, I was never left alone for long stretches of time. She had a car prepared for me to preview right away and truly listened to what I was looking for. Alyssa and her manager, Shane, then sat down with me and took the time to explain every cost clearly. They presented a very fair offer and were 100% transparent throughout the entire process. Alyssa and Shane treated me with so much respect and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed. I am incredibly grateful for both of them and highly recommend working with Alyssa if you’re shopping for a car!

    I had an awesome experience buying my new Kia K4 thanks to Bryan! this is my first car and he made this experience so easy. He was super friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to walk me through all the features, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before making my decision. What I really appreciated was that Bryan wasn’t pushy at all — he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. If you’re thinking about getting a new car, definitely ask for Bryan! He made the experience easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with my K4!
