Do not buy from here!!! I was a salesman for a few years so when my close friend needed to buy a car I went with her to help negotiate and make sure no add ons were added that she did not need, I helped her get a lower price on the car and declined all add ons the salesman presented, When it came to signing docs they would not allow me to go in the finance office with her, Now 2 months later her car is totaled and I find out they added in $7,000 of add-ons in the finance office without explaining anything to her as a first time car buyer, And worst of all they sold her every product except gap insurance so now she has a totaled car with a large negative balance with no gap to pay off the remainder. Stay away from this scam of a dealership. I would recommend reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for deceptive practices as we already have.
Where do I start on the horrible experience I had? First of all it shouldn't take 4 hours to complete a car deal. The back and forth was ridiculous I was very forthcoming that I would refuse any add-ons but I was brought significant paperwork that had to be changed over and over again wasting my time with add-ons and incorrect trade value. I was told that they were going to give me 18.500 on my trade, after setting for 4 hours finally was allowed into Chris's office where he badgered me about a warranty... Let Here he comes with all of these things to sign that has all of these add-ons which I told him I absolutely would refuse if he did why waste my time? Now I'm fighting with them because they only gave me 17,100 on my trade told me that there was a tax credit. Tax credits should be listed on your doc and actually add to your trade-in value and lower your tax liability not raise it. I'm not getting credoted for my lower Idaho sales tax rate. They are Relentless with Bait and switch. Watch for all of the extras that they will try to add on, that's how they make money... and be very very cautious about your trade and value if they tell you they're going to give you 18,500 for your trade you will not see that on the end doc, absolutely require them to show you the end documentation before you sit and wait for 4 hours for them to bring you in and bait and switch

If you’re going to Mark Kia, I highly recommend working with Andrew Lorenzo! I visited a couple of other dealerships around the valley, and by far, working with Andrew was the most pleasant and positive experience.
We just purchased a new Kia Niro, and I absolutely love it. I was very upfront about my price range and what I was looking for, and Andrew was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful in getting me there. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly quick, which made buying a car far less stressful than expected. I also traded in my old vehicle and received a fair price for it. Even after the purchase, when I had questions, Andrew remained available and more than willing to help, which truly meant a lot.
What I appreciated most was working with a real person. Andrew made the experience comfortable and straightforward and I truly enjoyed working with him. I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family who are in the market for a new car.

I want to be very clear about what happened, because this situation was completely avoidable.
Around 10:30 a.m., I contacted the dealership about a 2023 Ford Raptor R and spoke with Alex. Before agreeing to run my credit, I explicitly asked to confirm that the vehicle was available. Alex confirmed that it was and stated they had the physical keys in hand.
Based on that confirmation, we discussed my down payment, I submitted a credit application, and I received a notification confirming that my credit was pulled. Alex then called back and stated he had spoken with the sales manager and that they could get the deal approved. I made it clear I had the down payment available and could provide more if needed.
I sent all requested documentation, including pay stubs, by approximately 11:30 a.m. After that, I received no communication for nearly two hours.
At 1:30 p.m., I was finally informed that the vehicle had been sold allegedly through wholesale at around 12:30 p.m. despite the dealership already having my completed credit application, documentation, and confirmation of funds an hour earlier.
Alex mentioned this wasn’t his fault, but this was clearly a dealership-level failure and a serious lack of internal communication. Running a customer’s credit without properly securing the vehicle is unacceptable and resulted in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit.
This entire situation could have been avoided with basic coordination and transparency.
I would not recommend allowing this dealership to run your credit unless the vehicle is fully secured.

⭐ One Star – Misrepresentation, Lack of Disclosure, and No Post-Sale Support
I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 convertible from Mark Kia. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
At the time of the test drive, the vehicle had a check engine light illuminated. I was told this issue was resolved by replacing the battery. I also arrived with pre-approved financing from my own bank, but was advised by dealership staff that they could provide a better interest rate. Relying on that representation, I agreed to use the dealership’s financing. After the purchase, I discovered this was inaccurate and was able to refinance through my bank at approximately 3%, compared to the dealership’s nearly 7% rate.
I was sold a vehicle service contract (warranty) and was told I could take the vehicle to any Ford dealership for repairs. When I later attempted to use the warranty at a Ford dealership in Casa Grande, I was informed that this was not true, and that the vehicle must be returned to Scottsdale for service during the first 90 days. This restriction was not clearly disclosed at the time of sale.
Since the purchase, I have experienced ongoing mechanical issues, including:
Power windows not sealing or connecting properly
The vehicle frequently sticking in third gear, redlining before shifting into fourth, and noticeably losing power
I have made numerous phone calls and left multiple voicemails attempting to obtain clarification on warranty usage, repairs, and next steps. No calls have been returned.
After refinancing, my bank also advised that I could obtain gap insurance at a significantly lower cost, which I did. I was informed that the gap insurance purchased through the dealership should be refundable. Despite repeated attempts to contact the dealership regarding this refund, I again received no response.
It is worth noting that communication from this dealership was frequent and persistent prior to the sale, but effectively stopped once the transaction was completed and assistance was required.
This review is written to document my experience accurately and factually. The lack of transparency, failure to disclose material terms, and complete absence of post-sale customer support are concerning.
