Mason was knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward throughout the sale — no pressure, no games, just honest communication. Mike in finance was equally great, clearly explaining everything and making the paperwork process smooth and stress-free.

After buying my first car from Mark Kia in Scottsdale in AZ I became a fan. I recently bought a new Kia K4 GT and my sales rep Marceno took the time and dedication to find the exact one I wanted. The car was beautiful. He took me on a test drive and explained the ins and outs of the car in great detail that left no questions unanswered. I felt very comfortable with him being my sales rep and all the other employees invovled made the process a breeze. Was in and out in just a couple hours. With a beautiful car, a great warranty, and hooked up with great insurance on the car as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to Mark Kia. It is by far the best place I have bought my vehicles.

Jeff in sales, and Demarko in finance, were amazing to work with. I also work in the car business so im sure I wasnt the most pleasant customer to deal with. Jeff was extremely helpful and transparent with me and felt like a genuine friend throughout the entire process as I did most of my purchase online. Super down to earth guy that will do what it takes to earn your business. Demarko was extremely transparent with the financing and clearly had my best interest in mind. Very nice guy that obviously takes his career seriously.
Overall my experience here was great, I left feeling like I got an incredible deal and gave the right, deserving people my business. This dealership definitely cares about their product, and who they have representing it.

I had an exceptional experience at Mark Kia and can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, the entire team made the car-buying process smooth, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable. Marceno was such a huge help and truly made the whole experience amazing. He is knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Shane was also fantastic, and the communication from both of them was wonderful every step of the way.
I work two jobs, so my time is very limited, and they were incredibly accommodating. When I came in for the second visit, they already had everything prepared for me to review, sign papers, and go over the agreement, which I appreciated more than I can say. It made the process efficient without ever feeling rushed.
Demarco was great at explaining the financial aspects of the agreement in a way that was easy to understand, and he was so kind and personable throughout the process. You could tell he genuinely cared that I felt comfortable and informed.
Beyond the transaction itself, the dealership has such a welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell how supportive and respectful the team is with one another, and that energy carries over to the customer experience. Overall, an outstanding dealership with an even better team. I’m so happy with my purchase and my experience here.

honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mark Kia. Going into this purchase, we knew it wasn’t going to be easy — we had a trade-in with negative equity and were prepared for a long, frustrating process. Instead, the team here made it smooth, respectful, and actually enjoyable.
From the jump, Demarko, Johnny, and KeJuan treated us like real people, not just another deal. There was zero pressure, no talking down to us, and no games. We were very upfront about our situation and our budget, and they worked with us the entire way instead of brushing us off or trying to force something that didn’t make sense.
We negotiated hard and really beat the price down, and to their credit, they stayed patient, transparent, and professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions honestly, and made sure we felt comfortable before moving forward.
