The tech was told me to go to another location. I told him I would wait for the computer to reboot. However when I got in the lobby there was no delay in taking my car for the oil change. The computer magically fixed itself. It seems like the employees here didn’t want to do less than 15 minutes of work on my vehicle. The oil change was fine and they changed the filter. Probably won’t go back due to them treating me like I’m stupid

Why not stagger so you don’t close the business for a hour? Doesn’t make sense to me when there’s 5-6 guys standing around.
