  I took my Prius to jiffy lube on 2727 north Scottsdale Rd. After everything they included including labor my bill came out to $187 for synthetic oil for my 2008 Prius. I got into it after some weird complications with my cars dashboard we established how to turn it off and on. Then they went to work on it. I asked a lot of questions to some of the other customers. Just to make sure I was making the right choice. Next time I'll replace my air filters through O'Reilly's. I had a problem with the vehicle the next day. I live less than a mile from this location. After my oil change I drove home and parked the vehicle. The next morning I got into the car. Picked up my family members and drove less than four miles to our destination then another four miles back to their home. Where right as I was leaving my daughter's house. My warning ⚠️ light popped on. I pulled over. Got out and checked my oil. And there was nothing in it. I was pretty angry by this moment. I contacted my daughter to ask her what I should do. Then I called jiffy lube where I had my service done. It was 92°f outside and I couldn't run my car for AC. I was dead in the water. Thankfully jiffy lube sent out Juan who took the Time to Jack up my car. Gave me some good messages. Took pictures. Then told me he thinks it might have a leak. But when he crawls under the car he said there isn't a leak. He proceeds to get a new bolt to put on the oil pan or the part that keeps the oil from draining. Then tops off the oil. Checks everything again. Then told me to back up so he could make sure there's nothing leaking. I'm grateful they sent someone out. He was reassuring and kind. I appreciated that they did that for me. I was angry because I had spent so much money to take care of my car. And not having oil is extremely dangerous. Someone suggested that it might not have been jiffy lube that made the mistake. But someone where I live who could have drained my oil at my apartment complex. It's left me feeling vulnerable and off-center. I don't know what would have happened to this oil. I'm grateful that for now everything seems like it's worked out. But I'm still Left very unsettled about this experience.

  I enjoyed this location, they did not try to upsell anything I didn't ask for, they had great personalities and were very honest. They did the change quick and gote back on the road! They helped me with coupons and made this a very fast and easy thing! We will be back!

  Had an oil leak and spilled oil in the engine compartment. Guys at this location got to it right away and resolved in as efficient manner as possible. Great team!

  Nice staff, very helpful and get the job done quick. My tires were bald and they recommended the tire shop in the same lot across from them (can’t remember the name and can’t find them on google) but I got a good deal and that was quick service as well!

  Alexey did a really good job in a professional manner. The whole crew helped me with my oil change and made the process smooth and efficient.
