  The repair process was delayed by days because they ordered a part that didn’t fit my car in the beginning. No communication was proactively made by them throughout the process. The link they sent was never updated with any repair updates either. I had to call multiple times and they were not always available to talk. The front desk person never returned my call when she promised to either.

  Amazing! I had gotten repairs following a recent accident at another collision center. The repairs performed were not only shoddy, they actually scraped the tint on one of my windows and were ridiculous about fixing the problem. I went back three separate times to get their previous work fixed as well as the tint. Despite going back multiple times they never figured out how to fix the problem. I finally refused to go back there as they didn't seem to know how cars work. First time at Gerber they find the problem, washed my car, fixed it and had a rental ready while I waited. They even put my seat back to the right position (which is super rare). I'll definitely be heading back to these guys if I need repairs in the future.
