  Overall great experience. I would recommend to friends and family. Had to get a front bumper repaired for my 2023 Toyota Camry. I was provided 2 estimates: one price for replacing the bumper and another price for repairing it. I asked how long the repair would take and it was accurate. Made it easy for me to arrange for a rental car on my own. The team was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Angel Dominguez provided the estimate on site. I worked with Carolina Hernandez to schedule a day to bring in my car for the repairs.

  Horrible and shady business practices. As far as the BBB knows this business is closed but they are still doing work and operating as a business. This address also pulled up gerber collision, caliber collision, and. North scottsdale collision centers. Do not bring your vehicle here. They churn out insurance accident work. If you complain about anything they basically blackmail you into trying to force you to get the work done here. Im still trying to undo all the damage they did to an car for a simple estimate. Dont believe anything Alan the service writer tells you and read anything he asks you to sign. Beware!

  Amazing shop, knowledge staff, particularly with Tesla's, extremely friendly via phone and with techs, shiny new car is returned! They went above and beyond multiple times.

  Had a great experience at new look scottsdale, my 17 Subaru wrx sti was in really bad shape now it’s looking like brand new! amazing staff from the front desk all the way back to the mechanics they made sure I was completely satisfied A+ team thanks again!

  Michael the owner is very easy to talk to.. Took me on a tour of his shop and is the most clean and state of the art shop. They have every tool that a person needs to take the project from an accident to a new car!!! WOW!!! I had a conversation with some of his employees and let me tell you that they enjoy what they do for a living. BEST Collision Center in the City !! RAUL VARGAS
