  Absolutely Exceptional. Don't bother travelling to a secondary location and waiting in the long lines at PHX when you can be treated like royalty at this Scottsdale location all while being only 10 minutes away from the airport. Customer service was fantastic, every part of it, from arrival to return. Price was half the cost of the rentals at the airport. This Enterprise franchise has gained a long time loyal support of the brand. THIS is how you capture market share!! Thanks again.

  We called to check what was available because we needed a SUV or something that my 6'4" husband could fit into and was told that they had plenty to choose from this was a hour before they closed so my husband rushed there even though we only live 10 min. away and they only had one vehicle a Ford Edge and when he opened the door it smelled really bad. My husband told the lady he didn't want it, and she said, "It still smells?" So she was aware of the issue but still tried to rent us the vehicle. They then told him that they could bomb it, not sure what that is but then they proceeded to tell him that was the only thing available or he could take a compact car that he would not fit into. They did say they had a Durango, but it was dirty, and no one could clean it because they were gone for the day, but everyone was still there standing around. My husband asked if he could get a higher grade vehicle, and he would pay the difference out of pocket, and they refused to offer him that as well. We feel that due to it being the end of the day, they just didn't want to help us get a vehicle, and in fact, they started pushing the gate closed while we were still there and hurried us along. We did give them the reservation number beforehand from the insurance company so she knew what we needed. We are very upset because we didn't end up getting a vehicle, and it was a complete waste of our time. They also had been helping a lady ahead of us, and when she left, they were talking bad about her it was very unprofessional of them and rude to witness.
