    Rented a minivan at the airport. Ended up getting a nail in the tire. Went to the Enterprise at 16275 N Greenway Hayden Loop and Brett went above and beyond trying to help us out. He was kind, attentive and tried to find a solution for us. Ultimately he could not fix the problem but not for lack of trying! Hopefully the solution he offered resolves our problem. Regardless thank you Brett for all your help! You did a great job and I would recommend you to anyone! Thank you for caring about what you do and trying to help us!

    Best car rental experience ever. Easy check in. Great pricing and good selection of vehicles. The staff especially Tom took time to orientate us to the vehicle. Highly recommend!

    This Enterprise rental car location at Greenway Hayden in Scottsdale is very poorly run. Rude staff, gave me a car that is not functional and very unorganized. I have rented cars for business for 20 years and this is the worst service I have ever had. I will not go here ever again.
