Starting with Brandon at the front desk, he greeted me right away and was transparent with me about any wait times or if there was someone ahead of me. I came in on a Sunday, and with how busy they were, I was very impressed with how patient Brandon was and his ability to keep his composure while handling the phones and checking people in. I didn't personally interact with Samia, but that girl knows how to hustle! She was grabbing car after car, and had a smile on her face the entire time. Keenan was also very helpful with explaining their policies and made me feel super comfortable with my rental. What a great team Enterprise has here!! I plan to be back in Scottsdale soon and will always use this location for any rentals.
