  I have to say that I’ve rented many a cars in my past - quite a bit from enterprise and others. Of course after uber showed up it changed stuff a bit however I’m going to be honest about my experience at THIS location (1815 N Scottsdale Rd in PHX) and let me just start by saying that they were - by far - the BEST team I’ve ever encountered (and in not young). From the minute we arrived we were promptly greeted with warmth and professionalism (maybe that’s just a PHX thing) Immediately the greeter hoped on the computer and it was like watching a symphony- one asked all the pertinent questions to confirm our reservation while the others grabbed keys and tablet to walk us out to our vehicles with options if we wanted to upgrade. The team was ready willing and on point in expediting us since there was a line forming upon our arrival. We were prepared to pick up our rental and the team was prepared to attend to our needs. No BS and no laziness. They were all smiles, greeted us and got us on our way. Kudos to the entire time. Nice job ladies and gents. And if anyone says otherwise, it was them who were not prepared. I give this location 5 stars!!!! Hey Mister C, did you share my feedback with your boss? :)

  Specifically made a reservation for a top-tier long or max 3 row SUV - talk to the agent ahead of time to make sure they had low miles options. Wanted an expedition Max specifically. When I showed up there was one option of a Grand wagoneer with 50,000 mi on it that had a battery end up dying on us and the coolant reservoir was almost empty once we popped the hood to jump it. Total pain dealing with that and really frustrated that I was unable to have any other choices. Should have gone with either a North Scottsdale location or some place with more inventory. This is a fairly small lot. Generally speaking usually happy with Enterprise around the US.

  Terrible. We made a reservation with a lot of plans to leverage to car to do pick up and drop off for someone running a marathon in our family, lots of reservations for hotels and restaurants booked across PHX. They voided our reservation without a call or any notice and overbooked themselves, actively turning away people who thought they had reservations. Terrible business practices in a market that’s highly competitive. Honor bookings next time!
