  Customer service was as good as could be given the Enterprise business model - "first in, first out", having a reservation means nothing. Had an insurance claim and was locked into a rental car with Enterprise. In short, would not use this service if it was my own money due to the amount of time wasted. Despite a reservation, no car was available at time of arrival. Left, hours later they called me back saying a car was available. I rushed back but that car had been "reserved" for someone else by the time I got there (within 30 minutes as I had to Uber there). Finally received a car by the end of the day...the people working there were nice but obviously exasperated by the system and the constant stream of unhappy customers due to the rental experience - no cars available, type of car they requested unavailable, having to return multiple times just to get the type of car they originally requested, having to wait for them to pick up the car reserved from a different facility. If you weren't in a hurry and had time and patience to get this right, maybe you get a good deal and it's worth dealing with the shenanigans and setbacks. But if I were expecting the more traditional rental car model of having the car I requested (or similar) ready at the time I requested it then I wouldn't come here. Again, employees were professional and nice, they seemed frustrated too.

  I used to love renting at this Enterprise, however, this location is not working like it once was. This is the 3rd time I have reserved a SUV only to be told they don’t have any??? They at least called me 30 min prior to picking it up so I didn’t drive there this time. I rent cars for business and have a schedule to keep this cost me a lot of time and money missed appointments. It took me another hour get a ride to the airport take the shuttle … rent a car at Budget… Worse, I called customer service and asked for help. They said regional manager would call me to assist. No call ever! Now 2 weeks. Stay clear of this branch until they get their act together.

  We are on vacation in the Scottsdale area. Rented a car online from this Enterprise location because they had availability. We then spent quite a bit of cash Uber in to get to the office for “Tony” to just look at us and say “sorry we don’t have any cars”. When we told him we had reserved it online, he knew and had seen the reservation and “meant to call us”. He just said he didn’t know what to tell us, but they didn’t have any vehicles for us and that their website was “not accurate”. We only have one day in the area and built our plans around having the rented vehicle. We asked Tony if there were any other rental agencies close by that he knew of and he just shrugged and said “I don’t know maybe a Hertz”. No offer to help, just blank stares, and so now we sit on the curb and wait for an Uber.

  Jason’s customer service at the Enterprise on Scottsdale Rd and Shea, was spot on solid, even when he was swamped working solo for some time he was welcoming , informative and took time to explain details on returns and pick ups. He’s a hockey fan too…bonus.

  This is literally the first review I’ve ever written. I’m doing so because I have had a particularly difficult time with this location. No one answers the phone. I’ve tried calling for days. I rented a car after a car accident and I can’t get ahold of them. I called 15 times today. I’m a pretty patient person and the day when I rented a car I waited over an hour while the employees were gone. Where? I don’t know.
