Had evidence of him texting me about fixing certain concerns I had, as well as meeting with him in person to discuss the issue, had to drive 4 times to meet with him about this issue and everytime he stated the next day they will fix it, and then continued to lead me on as if he will fix the issue then he started ignoring my calls and texts various times to the point I didn’t hear back from him for 2 weeks! I then had to call the office so they could press the issue and clean up after Phil. So unprofessional not sure how he is still there. Thanks to Matt and the other members who actually picked up for his lack of concern and fixed this issue for me.
