They had it read for a test drive when we arrived. It was a used suv so they had all of the information available and were very transparent, giving us the CARFAX and service records to review. The finance and sales team was respectful of our time. We worked with Jarvis is Finance, Nathan in sales and Jeremy in management. They were all very professional and competent. Our overall experience was off the charts. We never felt like we were being pressured and everyone was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend working with Courtesy Volvo for your next purchase!
- PLPenny LindseyApr 17, 20243.0Our volvo died in our garage. I called the dealership knowing Volvo has a towing service but had never used it - this was 2:00 pm. The first receptionist said they do not have towing available and said I needed to arrange my own towing. The correct answer would have been to share the VolvoUSA roadside assistance number. I asked to be transferred to a manager. After several minutes of ringing a different receptionist answered sharing the manager was at lunch. She did share the Volvo USA number. I shared we would be on our way but never offered me to talk with a tech nor offered an appointment. 2.5 hours later when Unique towing finally showed up (after saying the wait would be 75 minutes - a separate unpleasant issue with much more to that story). Now it is 4:30 pm. I called back to let them know we were finally on our way - at least 45 minutes out. A different receptionist shared they had no knowledge of our arrival/ previous calls. I finally got her to transfer me to a service tech, who then made an appt for the next morning. This is not the level of service expected of Volvo. When you have people answering phones - equip them with the knowledge to address customer issues! Empower your employees to ask questions they do not have the answers to. Do not leave it to the customer to feel we are imposing ourselves upon your staff to deliver the service we as Volvo owners know we have - a HUGE reason for buying Volvo! $800 in repairs later - our Volvo is back on the road - but not without unnecessary frustration!

Jordan, the salesman, I spoke with was helpful and cooperative when we spoke on the numbers. He is no BS type salesman, zero haggling, willing to hear every bit of detail and make sure you walk out happy with your new vehicle. Would recommend to stop by and have Jordan be your salesperson if you are in the market for Volvo or any used inventory they have in stock.
