Upon being on the way out after running my credit and taking my check they’re unable to find the second key. I received a written note from a manager that it would be ordered within a week and typically takes a while to process. Two months later I’m calling and texting pretty frequently and I send a more harsh message to my service associate. Turns out the key was ordered today. They had been trying to look for it for two months even though I had been told it was ordered previously. Horrible customer experience and honestly if I had known it was going to be this much of a nightmare I wouldn’t have purchased the car. It was really inappropriate of them to tell me it was previously ordered and when I asked about it they said it was on back order.
