They had it read for a test drive when we arrived. It was a used suv so they had all of the information available and were very transparent, giving us the CARFAX and service records to review. The finance and sales team was respectful of our time. We worked with Jarvis is Finance, Nathan in sales and Jeremy in management. They were all very professional and competent. Our overall experience was off the charts. We never felt like we were being pressured and everyone was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! From the start, he was kind and patient—never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He took the time to understand our family, making the whole process easy and comfortable. Not long after getting the Volvo, our 17-year-old daughter was in a terrible accident. I’ve attached a picture from after the accident. She wouldn’t have survived if she had been driving one of our other cars. Thanks to Volvo’s safety features, she did. I genuinely believe she wouldn’t be here today if she had been in any other vehicle. Volvo saved her life. After the accident totaled our car, I spoke with Dana in Finance, who treated me like family. She was so understanding and kind that I even told her, “I have to give you a hug when I meet you!” When we returned to buy a new Volvo, Dana and Cooper went above and beyond. They clearly explained the prices of two different cars, and although the dealership could have made more on the first one, they honestly suggested the second one, saving us thousands. Once we made our choice, Gary in Finance took his time going over the contract with us. He made sure we understood everything without rushing, which really put us at ease. If you think a Volvo is too pricey, think again. For us, it wasn’t just a car—it saved my daughter’s life. I’m incredibly thankful for Cooper’s care, Dana’s kindness, and Gary’s patience. The team at Courtesy Volvo truly cares about their customers. Thank you, Cooper, Dana, and Gary, for everything!

You can bet they would hold you over the fire if you wanted out of the purchase but they don't believe they are beholden to it. Stay away!
