Via text I got his suggestion for my 2026 Tesla Model Y. When I arrived he took the time to explain all of my options and price levels and surprisingly he was not “pushing” the most expensive option. He asked me a few questions about the importance of heat reduction, UV protection and just plain ‘ol aesthetics and he then made a suggestion based on my feedback. Xpel product and looks amazing. Don’t mess around with tint shops that don’t take the time to talk to you, use Cactus Window Tinting.

It’s rare to find a shop that perfectly balances high-quality craftsmanship with genuine integrity. I worked with Rick, who was incredibly nice and professional. I really appreciated his honesty. He gave me straightforward advice without any high-pressure upselling, actually advising me to not pick the middle option and saying it was more worth it to just stick to the cheaper tint if I didn’t want to jump all the way up to the Prime XR Plus. The actual tint job is flawless; the attention to detail is evident, and the car looks fantastic. If you’re looking for a shop that does excellent work and treats its customers with respect, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I ended up doing tint of all windows, sunroof and windshield Plus full PPF. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results !! Rick went over the details after it was all done and talked about warranty etc. (he also gave a terrific reference for ceramic coating) Highly recommended! 10 stars!
