  I was staying over at the Element Hotel in Scottsdale and had someone get into the side of my vehicle during a left turn. There were scuffs and scratches. Went over just to see if anyone at Brakes Plus could help, not knowing if there was buffing or scratch remover items there. Mike said let me see what I can do, I brought my vehicle around to the back, and he was able to take some cleaner and a rag and buff out most of the issues that were there! That service right there, just to see a need and fill it! I'll recommend anyone that I can to go over there and get service from those guys, thanks Mike!

  Mike was fantastic! Managed to book me in last minute and took care of everything and totally made me feel at ease. Been a long time customer of Brakes Plus but this will be my new favourite store to bring my car to. 👍

  Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service at a more-than-reasonable price. Great new location in a convenient spot. Will likely be coming back for some upcoming brake work

  Reccommend this shop and its expert mechanics to everyone! Best service I've ever had during a time of crisis! I experianced terrifying brake failure on the freeway, called Brakes Plus on the phone and Chase their service personnel was informative and reassuring and helped me arrange a tow to their shop first thing in the morning... upon arriving Mike the service manager and his team quickly diagnosed the issue with my brake failure on my 2020 Tacoma. After a wonderful in-depth discussion as to what we should do next in fixing my brakes the parts were quickly ordered. Mike and his team took the time to inspect my vehical and check its fluid levels, battery and add reccomendation for thise as welland I got to enjoy my time in the shop meeting wonderful customers! Brakes Plus truly took a bad experience and turn it around 100% to me in a timely professional affordable situation. Thank You so much!! I appreciate the team and their dedication to getting me safely back in the road

  I own several cars as I rent them out on the Turo car rental platform. I have brought several of my cars in to this location for brakes, oil changes and other miscellaneous items. Brakes Plus, specifically this location and specifically Mike and Louie have done a fantastic job for me and have been very reasonable. I recommend them highly!
