  The visit wasn’t bad they had a good waiting area with plenty of room table and chairs with refreshments, Mack was great with communication with my husband explaining in detail no issues great service the waiting area can you a charging station as a suggestion.

  Showed me a simple fix instead of just using the little problem to create a big bill. Friendly customer service. The waiting room has electric outlets, Kurig coffee, and two CLEAN bathrooms are available. I was able to keep my dog with me. Definitely would come back here.

  I couldn’t be happier! Mike was awesome! From my first phone call and when I brought my car in for service, he was very nice, patient and understanding and made me feel at ease. I hate bringing my car in for service because I always feel like I’m getting ripped off. Mike explained everything very clear and it made me feel much better about bringing my car in! I highly recommend bringing you car here for service! Mike is awesome!

  Mike, was upfront and very honest. I thought I needed brakes but after the free inspection, I was advised brakes were fine. He suggested a couple of minor maintenance parts and services but with no pressure! I was quite pleased with the customer service.

  Wow I'm an Uber driver and I picked up a passenger and he happen to work for brakes plus and said to stop on by anytime I will look at your brakes and do an oil change for you. My brakes were making a wierd vibration. He filed them down and new front brakes he said my back brakes were still fine and I didn't need a new air filter. My whole point is he was very professional and Honest! Who knew there were still honest people out there. I could not recommend this place more!!!!
