I spoke with the woman manager and she said I'd need to contact Fed Ex. I said that is your job. She would not refund the $8.00 shipping. It says shipping is not refundable if you return a part. Seeing how it hasn't arrived I am entitled a refund on shipping and the part. I live on a fixed income. It's not like I can throw $$ away. If I were the manager I'd have given a refund out of my own pocket. O'Reilly's is a much better store to do business with. I'll go back to them.
