  Everyone was very friendly and quick to assist. Mike was very helpful when explaining the diagnosis, providing his expertise and options available on the matter. The service was done in a timely manner with the crew ready to assist in whatever was needed.

  Mike took really good care of me. I told him what I had, and he worked with me to get my car done. I would definitely recommend coming to this location

  The manager was kind and attentive as soon as I arrived. Service was prompt and done well. Store and parking lot was clean and well kempt too.

  I had a great experience at this location with Mike! I came in with a brake issue and found I needed other work done as well. They were able to break down what needed to be done and educate me on signs of wear. I felt the services were very fairly priced and even with all the things I needed done, it was able to be done quickly! Will definitely return.

  My daughter brought her vehicle to this location last week and when greeted by the person at the counter she noticed he smelled of either beer or alcohol. She felt lied to about the pricing of what was wrong with her car when he called her on the phone and he dropped multiple F words. I don’t know if he felt because of her age that that was acceptable - I don’t know. My family will never use Brakes Plus. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable on many levels.
