  I dread going here because of Dan’s negative and condescending attitude when you’re just trying to buy a battery. I hope that he can improve his mood.

  My husband and I took our 2005 Lexus RX 330 to AutoZone and they tested the car because there was a warning light on the dashboard. It was a VSC light with a check engine light. The nicest technician Nimish brought out the tester to our car and hooked it up to the car and was able to provide a diagnostic report, showing us that our air intake valve was dirty and needed to be cleaned. He sold us the cleaning product to use and then explained that we could use this cleaner to clean the air intake and that would probably turn the warning light out on the car. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and we truly appreciate his help. Thank you, Nimish and AutoZone! We will be back!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I walked in needing help, and an employee immediately told me she couldn’t assist because she was working in commercial, then just stood there without offering any alternative. No one else acknowledged me either—not even a quick “I’ll be with you in a moment.” I waited around 15 minutes while employees walked by without helping, and eventually I just put my items down and left. Customer service here really needs improvement. At the very least, customers should be acknowledged and given some direction, especially since not everyone knows exactly what they need or where to find it. This is particularly important for older customers who may rely on staff assistance. What made this more frustrating is that I went to another AutoZone location afterward and had a completely different experience—friendly staff, quick help, and overall great service. So I know this isn’t the standard across all stores, just this one. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer service training, because being ignored like that is unacceptable. and I really didn’t want to give a one rating

  Pleased to say the couple times I've been to this store I've received good service and accurate advice concerning my vehicle. They've also assisted me with replacing the needed part! Today, Dennis assisted me and was kind, helpful, and courteous. Thank you for your assistance today Dennis. Good location- enter either direct from Pima or through the shopping center off Talking Stick Way.
