  I had such an amazing experience at this AutoZone location (14760 / North Star)! After dealing with a really frustrating visit at another store, this place completely turned things around for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. Brian, the manager, was outstanding—super knowledgeable about everything from car cleaning to tires, and he made sure I got exactly what I needed. Another team member even recognized my situation, came up to me, and kindly asked if I was the one who had called earlier. That level of attentiveness really stood out. The whole atmosphere was just positive and friendly. They were making jokes, engaging, and made the experience feel easy and even enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a chore—it felt like great customer service the way it should be. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at another location, I highly recommend coming to this one instead. This team sets the standard for how AutoZone customer service should be. Thank you all for being so kind and professional!

  Very friendly and professional staff at this location. Brian, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Rachel, one of the store associates, was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location for your Auto related needs.

  Unfortunately, I didn't see the same level of service or care I've experienced at other AuotZone locations. If you know what you're looking for, I suppose it's an easy walk in and grab, pay, and out. But if you need help identifying your needed items, you'll have to find an associate and wait till they are available to assist. They didn't offer to help me put the part on my vehicle, which many will help if it's an easy thing. In addition, turns out they sold me the incorrect size for my Vehicle!😑 so I had to get it exchanged (went to a different location, which was most helpful)!

  This Autozone location and the employees were the best ever today. Super friendly and helpful. Made a bad situation much much better. Thanks again to the crew there for all of your help and support.
