  I only take my truck to Jiffy Lube centers. The service is great as always! It’s comforting knowing that you can drive to all corners of the United States and get to same great service, prices pretty much being the same AND, I love the fact that I can see from a certain viewpoints, that the oil and filter ARE indeed being changed! There are many places including dealerships, that a vehicle owner CAN’T see (basically trusting) them to change the oil and filter. Keep your the great service Jiffy!!!!

  The servicemen were really nice and knowledgeable. I was there for an oil change and they shared additional information regarding my wiper blades. Great people and great service.

  Jiffy lube did my oil change and filter change, and tire rotation. Just wanted to say Scott went above and beyond making sure my car was taken care of! The customer service was five stars!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Aliana is so sweet and good at her job! Very friendly and even let me use her phone to let my husband know I was running late! I’ll definitely be going back for oil changes and other vehicle needs from here on out!

  You asked for the feedback. Not at all pleased with my service. I won’t be back because the manager has no authority or accountability. Firstly, I have been to this location many times, no problems. I have needed an oil change, was not planning on it today, but was in the vicinity so we stopped by to knock this off the list. Truck interior was a mess, did not expect nor approve access to the interior to remove MY cabin air filter as a sales prop looking for an upsell opportunity. (New Manager Stated he has made some changes to how they review the service prior to payment including this stunt) Never before had they done this. So feeling both embarrassed at the condition of my car, and violated by them going through the interior without permission. (Especially with signs in the lobby expressly stating no responsibility for missing / stolen items) I did not appreciate this and felt pressured into paying $44 for a replacement that I previously performed myself for $18 at AutoZone. The flimsy cabin filter is not easy to access, deforms easily and would have been further compromised by reinstalling the dirty one. Having performed this myself prior, I now plan on doing this myself to save the $26 upcharge over doing it myself. Their removal without asking permission pretty much forced me to pay an massive up-charge while also feeling violated I Was offered the standard mail circular discount of $25, the same $25 offered to anyone off the street, and a “I’ve noted on your file not to remove air filters) This is not necessary as I will not be back. A calmly stated my peace, told him I felt violated and embarrassed at the condition of my interior, and got into my truck only to find my seat fully reclined (why) and the oil change reminder not reset. A simple “Would you like, or may we see if your cabin air filter needs replacement would have saved a customer” $146 full synthetic upgrade service. Manager could have made it right. Chose to ignore my calm and humble reasoning for why I felt violated. Not Cool, Very Disappointed.
