- MJMr jeffrey6 days ago1.0This carwash bent my plate up so I filed a claim to get a new plate and then told me it wasn't their fault. Which is weird because the employees said this happens sometimes and tell them going foward to not get the rear track. Which means they don't wash the back of the car. So why is there a button to push to not wash the back? Obviously because this has happened to other people. They damaged my plate and are refuse to do anything but pass the blame. Corporate was no help the customer care line was no help and the store level was no help. Thanks Quick Quack your definitely all about customer service and taking ownership of your damages.
