Quick quack car washes foundation is built upon hard work which creates potential for success and that is just what evolves from their team members of this location. Sadie, Jacie, and Alex have all grown into exsquisent, enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated entrepreneurs/successors. Below I have posted my beauty, pride, and joy in which they have taken nothing but delicate care of over this past year in life and I entrust them with not only my vehicles but the vehicles with those that encircle there lives around me. Thank you guys for bringing quality to the greatness of our investments!
- HMHarold McLemoreOct 23, 20251.0I approached the cashier and immediately asked for just a simple wash and specifically mentioned no membership needed but she asked about a membership anyway which I patiently heard out her speech then I said no membership needed I just want the simple wash for the second time. She went on again trying to sell me the membership. I told her I'm about to leave unless you give me your single wash no membership needed for the third time. She did not stop trying to sell them membership and so I said goodbye. Some Frodo looking supervisor came out and told me that I didn't need to be disrespectful and they were just doing their jobs. I told him that I had heard the speech three times when I initially even said from the beginning that I didn't want any membership and he went on to tell me some kind of lie how they couldn't wash my vehicle anyway because of some made-up excuse that he offered. Rude and condescending. Good customer service is giving the customer what they want and specifically ask for. Now they lost today's and all future business.
