The guys were kind and it got done but its called jiffy lube. Anything but jiffy. Cmon guys. Thats how it is everywhere I’ve gone. Honestly, corporate has to address this man. For what its worth. Not the worst but always too long( with no one there) probably 3 and a half stars is fair. Also gotta clean up that waiting area a bit. But, it got done

They topped off all of the fluids, and left my cab as clean as it was when I arrived. Michael helped me with the coupon that the app wouldn't email to me, making my cost 50% less, when he didn't have to! Makes this shop my go-to for services. Thanks to the entire crew on making my day.

Left with smudges of grime all over my white Mazda 3 and a spot with some type of fluid that dried and is now stuck to my paint!!! And that’s not all they also spilt some type of grease or something on my sunroof, my only question is HOW!!!! It was an oil change nothing to do with the roof. Also they said that my oil pan was cracked and leaking bad but it is completely dry underneath my car and has always been because it’s not leaking!!! Then for my girlfriend’s car they also got some type of grime on it but thankfully nowhere near as bad as mine. And they also tried to tell her that her transmission gasket is going out and is causing bad leaking which made me laugh when I heard it from the other room. Simply because just on Friday she had taken it down to the Coolidge tire factory ( I believe that’s the name ) and they fixed her tire and they do a complimentary number to number inspection with lubrication and they said everything looks perfect except the tire they fixed. She has had all the work done on her car there which has been a good amount since it is a 2000 Honda accord. I just am so disappointed knowing this is the jiffy lube my family and I have gone too since moving back to Arizona in 2020. Now I will never go again and tell everyone that I can to never go there. The old employees and management was absolutely amazing and now I don’t feel any passion from the workers which doesn’t make me feel safe handing my car over to someone like that.
