  Tyler was awesome. We had to wait a bit for the transmission machine to be available but she kept us informed multiple times. She was polite and courteous. Big difference from our last experience at Valvoline in Casa Grande Arizona.

  My work trucks are on a fleet account and this is my preferred service provider. I go to this one in Queen Creek because they are closest to my house but I've also had great experience with other Valvoline shops in the valley. Always fast and friendly service. I appreciate how thorough the techs are. I can't rate them high enough.

  I have been going to this Valvoline location for some time, but this visit was exceptional! The staff was very nice and friendly. Helpful and quick. There wasn't a long wait time as usual and the vibe was just different. Had me really appreciating that I chose this business for my car services.

  I have going to this location for a few years now and they are very efficient and do a great job!! Michael and Riley were very helpful and throughly checked out my new/used car to make sure everything was running good. They answered all my questions. They can do all the basic car maintenance quickly and feel confident that it was done right. It is always a GREAT experience!! Always a very fair price, sure you can go to the cheaper places but they make up for that price with unnecessary list of repairs... Thank you for being fair and honest.

  My visit today 04/04/26 for an oil change on my wife’s car. Usually, the service here has been excellent and I’ve always left satisfied, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, today’s experience fell short of those expectations. First, I noticed the technician used the wrong oil. When I pointed this out, he admitted the mistake and assured me he was pumping it out to replace it with the correct oil. While I appreciate the correction, it was concerning that this happened in the first place. Then, while the technician was unscrewing the air filter container, one of the screws was dropped. I asked the staff if all the screws had been put back, and was told I came in with a missing screw. I explained that I regularly change the filter myself, so this was definitely not the case. As it turns out, the technician found the missing screw and secured it properly. These events have made me question whether anything else might have been missed during today’s service. If I hadn’t noticed and questioned these issues, I’m concerned they would have gone unresolved. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider returning in the future. Update: I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the call from the store manager. It was thoughtful of him to reach out and apologize, and I truly value the effort to make things right. His initiative in addressing the situation made a positive difference, and I am grateful for the attention showed to make things right.
