  The Guy that installed my windshield broke my camera sensor, he looked like he was about 17 years old and he lied and said the sensor was already broken, my car is only 3 years old and there is NO WAY my sensor was already broken, I will never use this company again!

  Took my car here to replace the front windshield. The result is super good. Amed the installer is top notch. He even fix a problem that was pre-existing at the bottom of the frame. Highly recommend. Also the front desk girl explain in details to any questions I have on tint services and the pro and cons of the different levels of tint dark and light option.

  Jasif from Safelite provided an excellent experience from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the day with updates on his arrival, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he was kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He completed the job efficiently and did a great job. It’s not always easy to find service like this, but Jasif made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

  They will not give you a quote over the phone until you hand them your first and last name, vehicle information, doesn't matter if it's just asking for a general quote. I'm not looking to provide my personal details until I have an estimation of what a quarter sized crack would cost to fix, you don't need to know the vehicle, it's a crack repair, I guess I can use Google and find someone else. I called them, they refused to give a quote unless I gave them my details, I said no. I guess that's the end of that. Guy on the phone said it's required that I give them my personal information, vehicle information, so they can start a work order. No, I don't need you start a work order. I'm looking for quotes, not looking to hand out my personal details to random businesses before I do business with them.

  Travis just finished replacing windshield. I gave him 5 stars because he was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. As far as warranty goes, it's too soon to know. Will check back in a couple days after a reasonable time has passed.
