  This location has always been my go to… but if you happen to be reading this… it’s going to become your favorite roll thru oil changing location too. I’ve been gatekeeping this location. But the secret is worth sharing now. They really carry that small town vibe of caring for your cars well being. They always go above and beyond for me when I need help.

  Cierra, Michael and Riley were fantastic!! I ran in to get an oil change about 40 minutes before closing and they were fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Thirty minutes later I was on my way even after a tire rotation I added while they were changing the oil. Totally impressed and definitely my favorite place for service now. Thanks for absolutely crushing it!!

  I love the convenience of this place and being able to stay in my car while it’s serviced. The customer service at the QC location has always been great and very professional.

  I pulled in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a car in front of me. I was told by the employee that because my tires were being rotated, they would need to lift the car and I would have to get out. I asked if, while that was happening, I could walk next door to get coffee and a donut. He explicitly said yes. About 10 minutes later, while I was sitting and eating, the manager from the oil change place stormed into the donut shop, slammed the door open, and loudly demanded to know who owned a white Ford. I said it was mine. He immediately began berating me, saying I was not supposed to leave my vehicle and that I needed to get back right now or they would deny me service. As I was packing up my things, a woman in the shop even commented, unprompted, that he came in extremely hot and asked what his problem was. When I walked back, both employees were arguing heatedly about what had happened. I calmly explained there was clearly a miscommunication and that I was told I could leave while the tires were being rotated. Instead of de-escalating, the manager belittled me, repeatedly stated this was a drive-thru place, and used profanity, saying that just because I had to get out of the car did not mean I could go to a bunch of places and get food. I asked him directly if customers are required to get out of the car for a tire rotation and he said yes, then continued yelling and ultimately denied me service. As I was leaving, he followed me through the service bays screaming at me and making threats, including saying we could “solve it at 5 p.m. when he gets off work.” I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and left being verbally abused and threatened because of their failure to clearly communicate expectations. This behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Police report was filed.
