But the cleanliness is lacking and also might help if you tell your employees to stop parking on the spot were people put air on their tires , had to wait till he moved to put air on my car. Also water to clean windshields is dirty and stinky not like before you guys used to actually change it

My gift card wouldn’t work for some reason and I stood there while he kept helping other people, then trying to help me again...even though two other attendants had come up to help ring. I got frustrated after a bit because of life/kids/school - not wanting to be at QT all day staring at the attendant ring other people up. When I said something about being ignored and needing to go...he then had basically zero customer service skill in him, and tried to argue it with me, wrote my card number down and said he’d “figure it out” and didn’t apologize or anything. I worked in food service and retail for a really long time and I never treated people the way you guys do now.
