- JMJasmine MckeenAug 31, 20181.0Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My mom and I went in to rent one of Penske’s largest trucks. We got there around the time they asked us to come and picked out and paid for the truck we needed. When it was time to pick up the truck, the man working there, I believe his name was Kin or Ken, looked up the order and then threw the keys for a truck on the counter and told us to go find it. Very rude. We went outside in the heat and looked at every truck trying to find the right truck that fit the key. Eventually we found it and it was the smallest truck they had! It wasn’t the one we had asked to rent. So we went back inside and told him that he didn’t give us the right key. He looked at the computer again and then had the audacity to tell us the truck we had rented before was not available anymore and he had given it to someone else. He didn’t even apologize for messing up the rental and didn’t offer any solution to fix the problem. And by the way, there was more than one large Penske truck outside that was available. Racist and rude customer service. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
