I was referred to this center by my insurance company. The staff was friendly, and professional. I came in on a Tuesday for the initial inspection. After the inspection, I was told that they would need to order the part and it would arrive approximately by either Thursday or Friday. It was also explained, at that time, exactly what would be done, an estimated time of completion, and I was given a written quote. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for a week later (this also would allow any extra time if there were any shipping issues). I arrived the following Tuesday and dropped off the Highlander. Again, I was given an estimated time of 2-3 days to complete the repair. I was kept informed of the repair progress by text. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call the next afternoon informing me that the repairs were completed as well as the sensors were readjusted. Outstanding customer service and professional work. They guarantee their work for the life of you owning your vehicle. Placing photos of the before and after images of the damage and repair.
