  Poor customer service i remember when the girls were working in the office they seemed more friendly. My insurance company was paying the bill due to a claim when we took the car we were told they would place a hold of $50 they charged us for 20 days when only had the car 10days

  I had an amazing experience at this location. All of the employees gave awesome customer service. The branch manager, Fabian Mada, went above and beyond to assist and made the experience one of the best in all of my rental history. You have an asset in him. Thank you, Fabian!

  I requested a full size SUV 2 days before the day I needed it. I had family coming into town and I needed to be able to take seven passengers and hold plenty of luggage. I was originally told by the representative that it would be a Tahoe or an expedition or an armada. I showed up to pick up my car and they had nothing so they started scrambling. The fellow I was dealing with was very nice and said they had nothing and he apologized and offered me a Pathfinder or a palisade which wasn't even close to being big enough. We were having a good conversation and he was calling around and trying to help me when all of the sudden a clerk from the next stand named Josh Clark very rudely and with elevated voice told me that I was never told that they do not guarantee a specific vehicle type. Then I told him he was incorrect and I pulled up my reservation where it clearly stated the vehicle type then he proceeded to further escalate and tell me that the wording also says or similar. Every time I try to explain that the vehicle isn't similar he would raise his voice louder and just say or similar over and over. I was obviously upset and told him to get out of my conversation that I was having with the other representative to which he replied that he was going to throw me out of the branch and I said excuse me you are going to throw me out of this branch then he refused to answer and said I was acting like a tough guy. He got so heated that another representative who was very nice came over and stood in front of him to make eye contact with me to help deescalate the situation because he knew the other employee behavior was horrific and out of line. I took the vehicle because I had no choice and never used it I just brought it right back because there was no luggage room not even close to deep enough to store luggage let alone for seven people. I can't reiterate enough how nice every other employee was and clearly embarrassed for the other employee Josh Clark. I have never experienced anything like this before like the berating that I received from Josh Clark. I don't plan on ever using Enterprise Rent-A-Car again solely because of the treatment that I got from Josh Clark that will last in my memory forever. I am in the process of trying to speak to someone from Enterprise much higher up but that so far has not been easy. However I will continue to try and find someone at a corporate level to discuss the behavior of Josh Clark as I am baffled how someone like this could be hired.

  Avoid this location and save yourself a headache and just go to the Mesa Gateway location. Made a reservation online for 2:00 pm and they wouldn’t honor the reservation made in their own system. The employee didn’t seem to care either way. Ended up leaving and having to uber it to the other location to spend $700 more on a car. The customer service at this location is just plain sad. Don’t bother responding with your “call our customer service center to discuss”. If you cared at all about the experience you would reach out.
