  You get what you get. I was placed in a long-term corporate rental with high mileage. Shortly after, the oil change warning came on and the wipers needed replacement. After multiple calls, the location declined to swap the vehicle or bring in alternative inventory and instead asked me to handle routine maintenance myself at Firestone. If you’re already stuck at this dealership and it’s your only option, it will work as your only option. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

  My experience here was phenomenal. Other Enterprises didn’t have very good vehicle options. They ended up giving me one that had just gotten released that hour. After a rear end accident, Cynthia took great care of me upgrading the vehicle and Dylan was phenomenal with the process of getting the rental set up.

  Horrible experience on 2 levels. Locally don't take reservations for cars that you don't have don't ignore the ringing thing on the desk. Corporate side, don't advertise cars in stock and then not have them. I have been a customer of Enterprise for almost 20 years. I have never been so poorly treated, ignored and otherwise. EDIT: Reply to owners response. If you truly care you have my info. I am contactable.

  Terrible customer service , have been trying for 2 hours just to get through to a representative and after getting put on hold for 15 minutes, it disconnected, even when calling to corporate number after getting transferred after 15 minutes I get disconnected again, at this point im wondering if they even have an office here, update , went down there , girl says she's to busy having to wash cars and deal with walking to answer phone , walked out , got home to call my insurer , and when they looked into it , it was supposedly picked up by me , so my insurer called them , but of course no one answered, my advice is to never ,ever rent a car from them , horrible customer service, BTW the owner posted to contact enterprise, I guess he can't deal with his own shortcomings
