The customer service at this location is terrible. I came in for an oil change, intending to take advantage of one of your bundle deals. After selecting the oil and bundle I needed, the associate told me to go get the items myself. There was no polite direction, just a gesture to the back of the store. I thought, "Okay, maybe this store is different," so I went and retrieved everything.
They then confirmed they could do the air filters and oil filter, saying they would get those for me. I trusted their recommendations and went home.
After watching a few YouTube videos and completing the oil change, I realized the associate had sold me the wrong air filter. I asked for a cabin air filter, but they gave me an engine air filter.
I returned to the store with my wife and baby. I asked to return the incorrect filter, and the associate was begrudging. He then tried to charge me the full, non-discounted price for the correct filter. When I asked about the bundle deal, he told me I would have to return everything—including the oil already in my car—to get the discount. As if I'm going to drain my oil in your parking lot just to get the price I was promised!
The manager eventually stepped in and offered me a 10% discount. Since it was late and my family was waiting, I reluctantly took my $2 discount and left.
Instead of doing the right thing—like admitting their mistake, covering the price difference, or simply apologizing for the inconvenience and the wrong item—I was met with resistance. Your associates failed to live up to your company's motto of taking care of the customer.
I have been a loyal AutoZone customer for decades, but not anymore. This was a truly terrible experience.

My husband and I came to this location looking for new winsheild wipers. Neither me nor my husband knew how to replace the wipers on my car because the car is newer to us and it wasn't until recently that I noticed they needed replacing. So it was decided to do it together so we would both know for future times.
Upon entering the store, there was an older man, I didn't get his name. I asked for help in looking up the sizes for my car, he helped but seemed irritated by our request. He gave us the measurements and told us to look for the D-PTB, which he didn't explain what it was or where to look for it. And when we circled back to ask for more help he all but huffed and pointed us to the wrong style and adapter for the car itself. That caused us to buy them, and struggle for the next 20 minutes thinking we were crazy that they wouldn't fit.
We went in to return the items and a different employee named Tristan was very kind, patient and helpful in guiding us and working with us to figure out that we weren't crazy and the adapter wouldn't fit. The older gentleman was irritated and was making snide comments under his breath to Tristan. He even went outside to our car and tried putting it on himself, which did not work.
Tristan has our respect and thanks for his patient approach to our struggles. The older man made the environment unnecessarily tense and made us feel, for lack of a better word, stupid. He older man would benefit learning a thing or two from Tristan.

Came here for a warranty battery replacement after another location sent me over. Six employees in the store and nobody wanted to help. Irl W. started my transaction, then walked off to help someone else and never came back. I waited over 25 minutes while two people who came in after me had their batteries replaced first.
Finally, Anthony C. stepped in and replaced my battery — the only one who actually did his job. Poor service overall, and a very disappointing experience.
