  Teresa A was amazing to work with. She helped us out while we were in a very bad situation. She went above and beyond, as did the entire staff. Andrew A, Cimeron, and the manager of the service department were all amazing. Everyone was so compassionate and really went out of their way to put us at ease, and get us home to California. Teresa put us up in a hotel while we were stranded there, and awaiting an answer from finance to get approval on a new vehicle. She stayed late, and came in early to help us the following day. She stayed in touch with us the entire stay to make sure we were comfortable, and even went out of her way to keep my kids entertained during the process. Andrew stayed late to help us with our approval, and Cimeron came in on her day off to help us complete our purchase. Thank you to everyone at Findlay for your help and support during this rough time. Our family is so grateful for everything you did to help get us home.

  Awesome dealership. I am 18 years old and this is my first time financing a car as a co-signer by myself, with my parents in California, as a primary signer. GMC customer service was exceptional, with 10/10 attention to their customer, especially Shane, who just started in April of 2026 but was an amazing salesman. He was extremely helpful with the process of being alone in a dealership for the first time and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible, and trying to make it as easy as possible. It was a very easy process, I 100% learned a lot from him and GMC dealership. I would also love to mention a very lovely woman who 100% made the process very easy to get through the paperwork. Cimeron is a very professional woman who knows what to do in any scenario. She will fight for your case if you want specific conditions to the best of her ability. Overall, GMC Findlay in Prescott was a 10/10 experiance. I will 100% be coming back to GMC for all my needs. It is my first time purchasing a truck with GMC and it will totally be my future when it comes to vehicles.

  We purchased a 2026 Acadia, and Lowell knocked it out of the park with his customer service. He has reached out twice now after the purchase just to see how things are going. Most people want the sale. Lowell was about the experience with the customer. Very laid back, not a vulture salesman. He made this experience absolutely amazing, and couldn’t be happier!

  Hands down the best car dealership we have had. Jace was SPECTACULAR! If it hadn’t been for Jace, we would not have gotten the car we have been wanting. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient but never pushy. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Jace specifically— he won’t steer you wrong!
