  Great service, I enjoyed the rental after my car was wrecked in an accident. The other guys insurance was covering the cost of the rental. My only complaint is that the additional protection plan wasn't covered by the insurance company and $20 per day adds up fast. The insurance company that was paying for the rental decided to stop paying for the rental on a Monday but failed to notify the rental company or me until two days later on Wednesday meaning that I was on the hook for 2 days of car rental fees. Not cool, insurance slime-balls! Fortunately, Enterprise are very professional and seeing the situation the insurance company caused Enterprise waived the previous 2 days of rental fees so I wouldn't get stuck with the bill. Thank you to the Enterprise team for the excellent customer service. I would recommend Enterprise of Prescott at Pine Ridge Marketplace to anyone needing a rental.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental, thanks to Lawrence and his outstanding team. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused. Lawrence stood out for his personal approach—he made us feel valued and took the time to ensure everything was handled smoothly. When we ran into issues with our vehicle, including CarPlay not working and a few other concerns, the team didn’t hesitate to step in and make things right. They quickly replaced our car with a much better one, turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless and positive experience. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I truly appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism, and care shown by Lawrence and the entire team.
